ORDER

  1. CLIENT INQUIRY
    Receive shipment details and requirements.
  2. QUOTATION
    Prepare and share rates, including freight and local charges.
  3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
    Client confirms shipment; booking is placed with the carrier.

LINK-DELIVERY

  1. PRE-SHIPMENT
    Arrange pickup, cargo stuffing, and prepare documents (invoice, packing list, COO, permits).
  2. SHIPMENT EXECUTION
    Cargo is loaded; Bill of Lading (BL)/Air Waybill (AWB) is issued; pre-alert is sent to the client.
  3. IN-TRANSIT TRACKING
    Monitor shipment status and update the client on ETA or any changes.
  4. ARRIVAL & CUSTOMS
    Notify consignee, perform customs clearance, and arrange Delivery Order (DO).
  5. DELIVERY
    Deliver cargo to the destination and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD).

  1. BILLING & PAYMENT
    Issue invoice, follow up, and record payment.
  2. AFTER-SALES
    Collect feedback, manage claims if any, and officially close the job.
